KFC Allegedly Serves Customer Fried RAT To A Customer
Everyone seems to go to fastfood chains to enjoy meals without having a hassle. But what would you do if you get served something you find disgusting? A California man claims that he experienced a not so good experience at Kentucky Fried Chicken as he got served a deep-fried rat with his meal.
Meet Devorise Dixon of Watts, California, the man who says he bought a 3-piece box of chicken tenders from the said restaurant. He didn't knew what is going to happen when he took a bite. He tasted something disgusting from it which made him spit it out. He got the shock of his life when he looked down at his hand and realized it was the shape of a rat with a tail.
Dixon returned to the restaurant and returned the piece of fried food and even claims that the manager 'freaked out and confirmed it was a rat.' Dixon shared to social media his alleged disgusting experience by posting pictures and video of the fried tender shaped like a rat. The posts had gone viral since then.
DON'T EAT FAST FOOD!!! I WENT TO KFC YESTERDAY AND BOUGHT A 3PIECE CHICKEN TENDER. AS I BIT INTO IT I NOTICED THAT IT WAS VERY HARD AND RUBBERY WHICH MADE ME LOOK AT IT. AS I LOOKED DOWN AT IT I NOTICED THAT IT WAS WAS IN A SHAPE OF A RAT WITH A TAIL. IT SENT DEEP CHILLS THROUGHOUT MY WHOLE BODY! I'VE BEEN FEELING WEIRD EVER SINCE. I BOUGHT THIS IN COMPTON, CA ON WILMINGTON AND 120TH. I'VE NEVER SEEN CHICKEN LIKE THIS BEFORE ITS SICK!!!
Kentucky Fried Chicken made a response through their Facebook post:
KFC indicated via Facebook that they were investigating the issue but had seen no evidence to support the claim and had been unable to reach Mr. Dixon:
KFC takes customer claims very seriously, and we are continuing to investigate this matter. Our chicken tenders often vary in size and shape, and we currently have no evidence to support this claim. We are aggressively trying to reach Mr. Dixon, and we request that he return to the restaurant with the product for testing, or call us at 1-800-Call-KFC.
CNN reported that Dixon will not come forward with the tender in question and refuses to take their calls without a lawyer nor has Dixon come forth with the chicken piece in question for verification.
